Indian Incentive Money:
The Indian Incentive Program provides a 5% rebate to the
Prime
Contractor on the total amount subcontracted to an Indian-Owned
Economic Enterprise or Indian Organization, in accordance with the DFARS
Clause 252.226-7001. Department of Defense (DoD) prime contractors
with a contract of $500,000 or more containing the references clause are
eligible for incentive payments. Through the utilization of Indian
Owned companies, the Indian Incentive Program
provides economic stimulus assistance to Native Americans.
